ANWEI (Shanghai) Engineering Service Co. Ltd., (hereinafter ANWEI Service) was founded in 2014. Its headquarters is in the Xinzhuang Business District, Minhang District, Shanghai. ANWEI Service is a professional service provider offering one-stop outsourcing services for industrial facilities. It focuses on offering services like general contracting construction, maintenance, facility management, energy services, and consulting for industries such as petrochemicals, fine chemicals, food and beverages, Biotech and pharmaceutical, automobiles and parts, electronics and integrated circuits, equipment manufacturing, big data centers, and new energy facilities, logistics and industrial park etc. It is also upgrading and expanding towards integrated engineering services, digital operation and maintenance of integrated facilities, and providing consulting and solutions.
The company holds various contracting qualifications, including Grade II general contracting for building engineering, power engineering, petrochemical engineering, and mechanical and electrical engineering, as well as Grade II specialized contracting for fire protection facilities, building decoration, and mechanical and electrical installation.
